We are nature. We subjugate or ignore nature at our own peril; this includes our own nature. Most people are living lives in opposition of their authentic nature, and their true desires. Such a life can only be tolerated, and never fully embraced. I speak about, teach and work with individuals and organizations to develop Life Regenerative Leaders. Those willing to shed their skin, transform their conditioning, align with and embrace their authentic “human nature”, and develop themselves as powerful intentional designers and creators of new systems and structures desperately needed to transform our companies, organizations, and communities.

  • A Tempest Is Brewing, Testing the Depths of Our Integrity

    Real leaders are needed, and will be tested more than ever before.

    Humans are notoriously resistant to change… even when it is a matter of survival. As the systems and structures that have defined our society and economy are increasingly stress-tested, many will falter. As they do, we will continue to experience a collapse of meaning, for which we are unprepared. What once gave our lives purpose (country, culture, career) will give way to a vacuum of meaning, resulting in a mental health crisis and an increase in destabilizing, even violent reactions from a society devoid of meaning, connectivity, and a sense of purpose. Life Regenerative Leaders must stand in the gap. These visionaries will lead people and processes to redefine, redesign and recreate systems and structures; a new framework for a New World.

    Life Regenerative Leaders Master Their Mind.

    Becoming powerful begins with knowing where our power center resides, and a clear Intention; knowing who we are and where are we coming from. This masculine attribute requires mind mastery and energy transmutation. Since all creation begins in the mind, we can either create by default, as a reaction to external circumstances, or by design, from who we authentically are and what we desire!

    Life Regenerative Leaders Lead By Design, Not Default.

    Connecting our Intention (mind) with our creative imagination (emotions), while being emotionally rooted in our desires allows us to design and create from a place of power. Coming from our deepest, most authentic expression of the self we are responsible for the state of our life, because our life is a mirror reflection of who we are being and how we show up.

    Life Regenerative Leaders Feel Their Emotions.

    Creating our life by design, congruent with our Intention and powered by our transmuted creative energy requires connecting to our desires and feelings. “Feeling”, a feminine attribute, is mastered through Emotional Sobriety. By feeling wholly and deeply, we create our life as a response to who we are, versus as a reaction to external variables.
